The Aiphone JKW-IP IP adapter for the Aiphone JK Series intercom system connects an intercom system to a router or LAN switch (sold separately) to enable system control by compatible computer or cell phone (sold separately) from remote locations. The adapter can connect up to 20 JK Series systems to up to 10 computers to maximize system coverage. All master station functions, such as door access, camera angle, and zoom, can be controlled virtually by a computer. The adapter has four sensor inputs for connecting accessories such as a fire alarm, security alarm, or motion detector (sold separately). Automatic alerts can be set up to notify computers of an incoming call or alarm. System data, as well as pictures and video when used with the JK-1MED master station, can be uploaded automatically onto a computer for storage and record keeping.
